I worked as a dentist for 40 years. Making people comfortable in stressful situations is second nature, and while real estate isn't always stressful, it pays to partner with a broker who can help you navigate the transaction well. I work primarily with residential sales, often on Camano Island. This is a great area to live because you get the best of both worlds. While Seattle and Bellingham are close enough to a bit of city life, there's no beating a day on Camano Island. Life on the Island just moves at it's own pace, and it's easy to relax.
There are a lot of things to think about when you're buying or selling a house. It's important to take your time, and consider all of the options. In addition to thoroughly checking out the home you're considering purchasing, I encourage my clients to explore the neighborhood and distances to local services. I have a thorough understanding of the local area and how to buy or sell property in this community. If you would like to chat, I'm always available. Thank you for considering me for your next transaction.
Fun Fact: One of my favorite ways to relax is by doing pottery. My favorite thing about Camano Island : Eagle and whale sightings. One Item on my Bucket List: Play a game of golf in each of the 50 U.S. States!
